Vicki Portors established Web Words Online in Dunsborough in 2008. Her favourite clients include people from a myriad of industries — wine, retail, tourism and hospitality as well as construction, education and agriculture.

She’s also worked as a magazine editor at Thomson Business Publishing (now Reed) in Sydney, spent many years as a freelance writer and proofreader and also as a TV subtitler for the Australian Caption Centre in Perth.
