New year, old printer
I hope you’re having a great start to the year.
Here at Web Words Online, I’ve already started writing up a very long list of office tasks –- from expanding my client base over the course of the year to installing new office desks that are big enough to cope with books, papers, moving elbows and (precariously placed) coffee mugs.
I also need better storage so that I’m not hunting through a drawer full of paperclips, batteries, guitar strings and Christmas stamps just to find a stapler.
There are also decisions to be made about where to hang all the pictures and certificates on the new office walls (yes, I have moved into a new building), and whether or not to upgrade the old printer now or give it just one more chance to stop paper-jamming and spitting out faint lines here and there across the page.
Come to think of it, maybe I need new glasses. It’s been a while since I’ve made an effort to see the optometrist. I must organise that
tomorrow.
Now, where is that list?
